MP Rishad Bathiudeen, who is currently in remand custody over his alleged connection to the Easter Sunday Attack says he will file a petition in the Supreme Court against the decision of the Court of Appeal issued regarding the destruction of the Wilpattu forest.

He was testifying via Skype from the Magazine prison before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into the Easter Sunday terrorist attack when he made this comment.

He was speaking to the panel of judges that pronounced the verdict in the Wilpattu case who also represent the Presidential Commission Probing into the Easter Sunday attacks.
